These are some of the glaring irregularities identified by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) in the implementationoftheCentre’s flagship skills training initiative, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal VikasYojana(PMKVY),inthree phases from 2015-2022. In2023,Moitrawasaccused of allegedly sharing her Parliament login credentials with businessman Darshan Hiranandani in exchange for cash and expensive gifts.
