ValuegrowthintheJanuaryMarch quarter of FY26 fell to 3.6%, nearly a fourth of the 12.4%recordedintheyear-ago period, indicating a broadbased slowdown in consumption.Thedecelerationwasmore pronounced in March, which saw a contraction of 0.4% in value terms, compared with growth of 5.7% and 5.5% in January and February, respectively.The retail sales platform, which tracks FMCG categories in 8 million outlets, does not reportvolume growth.
